Eureka real estate is an energetic and dynamic Egyptian company founded in March 2015 working in:
real estate Brokerage, Marketing, Consultation and valuation for (Residential and commercial properties) and Enterprise Marketing.
1. Real Estate Department: In both Residential and Commercial, Eureka aim to save their clients’ time, money and effort. We listen to their needs and then we take the appropriate action to ensure they receive an excellent result.
Residential: Eureka focusing on the new developed projects to provide through our experts and well trained staff in the Real Estate fields a simultaneous complex of the developing company’s products which will help to purchase the new projects in a limited time according to the plan. This will reflect on the market and the growth of our market share.
Commercial: Working on business to business, Handling a strong portfolio of High and medium corporate accounts with a trustful and sustaining relationship with them, planning to grew the corporate portfolio %150 by 2016.

2. Enterprise Marketing Department: Eureka is promoting number of projects throughout our investors list and our partners inside and outside Egypt. Eureka is a professional mediator between the investors and the projects owners, and we provide both with the latest market news, data and analysis in order to take the right decision.
Scope of Work: Eureka conducts real estate marketing as well as real estate consulting. The company undertakes all duties for real estate services like: Evaluation of properties. Financial and mortgage advises and solutions. Selling and renting in different areas.
Financial Considerations: Eureka is a self-financed company, achieved the targeted profits during the first three years and does not anticipate serious cash flow problems.
